Palestinian militants said they fired missiles at an Israeli naval ship in the Mediterranean Sea near the southern town of Rafah on Wednesday, but the Israeli military said it was unaware of any attack.Is it an attack if the alleged victim is unaware the it has been attacked?
Islamic Jihad and the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, an armed group in President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction, issued a statement saying they fired two missiles at a navy gunboat.
