Weekly Reader

Monday having gone, the least I can do is point out some good places to visit for the remainder of the week:

Argghhh! The Home Of Two Of Jonah's Military Guys..Has a new, very improved look and lots of most excellent postings.

Fred Fry has Maritime Monday 117 up at gCaptain with Norwegian boating pictures (Nordana Line) and links to beat the band. The price of admission is good, too.

Lex and a gazillion guests (including a OHB toady suspect)examine a certain retired 4 star general who finds rising to the rank of mere Navy captain insufficient experience in leadership as opposed to being say, a "community organizer." Once again, sadly, the debate begins on what constitutes "real" heroism... But, as far I I know, neither Senators McCain nor Obama have asserted that they had a "flying dog." Or even a story about one. I feel a French phrase coming on...

The slimy lizard has a Maritime Strategy Monday post that oughta make you ponder.

Steeljaw Scribe also is doing Maritime Strategy with Implementing the Maritime Strategy: Integrated Missile Defense from the Sea.

UPDATE: XBradTC, who has offered useful comments here on occasion, now has his own blog here. Welcome him.

Have fun.
