Somali Pirates: Protected in a Convoy

Japanese destroyers JDS HARUSAME (DD102) and JDS AMAGIRI (DD154) provide escort for a group of ships transiting the Gulf of Aden. A simple escorted convoy, it reduces the likelihood of success of pirate attacks. A helicopter overhead provides both scouting and quick reaction.
