Russia wants to join anti-sea pirate Agreement

As set out here, Russia is "keen" to join in the Asian Regional Cooperation Agreement in Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery (RCACPAR) now that it is coming into effect after being ratified by 11 countries.

Russia does have a large Asian coast.
