One idiot teenager (Idiot 1) and his idiot buddy (Idiot 2), looking for thrills, decide that having Idiot 2 run into Idiot 1 with a car going 25mph is a good idea, as reported here. One broken leg and a charge of "felony criminal recklessness" later, Idiot 1 says: "I won't do this no more."
