Pete Stark: Jackass

I support freedom of speech but this congressman needs to a slap up side the head for this comment:
“You don't have money to fund the war or children,'' he said. "But you're going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the president's amusement."
"For the president's amusement?"

The left had to invent a controversy to go after Rush Limbaugh, but this idiot manages to stir one up all by himself.

I would expect a complete, abject apology from Mr. Stark. And some demand for censure from his fellow House members.

Or maybe a challenge to a duel...

UPDATE: Judging by the responses to this, some of the extreme left is perfectly content with such language, praising Mr. Stark for speaking "truth to power."
